The Limited Liability Partnership “KazTransGaz Onimderi” (hereinafter referred to as the Partnership) was established in 2001 in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is a legal entity and carries out its activities on the basis and in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 22, 1998 “On partnerships with limited and additional liability”, other normative legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Charter.
The only participant of the Partnership is: Joint Stock Company “KazTransGas”

The Partnership was created as a result of the transformation of KazTransGas LNG Closed Joint-Stock Company into KazTransGas LNG Limited Liability Partnership, with the subsequent renaming to LLP KazTransGaz Onimderi and is its successor.
