General information
Limited Liability Partnership “QazaqGaz Onimderi”, formerly “KazTransGas Onimderi” (BIN 050840009020, TRN 600900173946), is registered and operates in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Limited and Additional Liability Partnerships”, and the Company’s Charter. Its registered office is located at Building 12, Alihan Bokeikhan Street, Yesil District, Astana.
The Company’s history began in 2001 when, under the Founding Agreement dated May 14, 2001, KazTransGas LNG CJSC was established by KazTransGas CJSC and ERKIN GAZ LLP. In 2002, KazTransGas CJSC became the sole participant, and in 2005 the company was reorganized into a limited liability partnership. In 2010, the Partnership was renamed KazTransGas Onimderi and re-registered, and in 2014 its registered office was relocated from Almaty to Astana.
At the end of 2023, the company completed a rebranding and changed its name to QazaqGaz Onimderi.
The Partnership operates in three core business areas:
Gas motor fuel operations (CNG)
Sale of compressed natural gas (CNG) through six CNG filling stations: one in Aktobe and five in Almaty via the AvtoGazAlmaty joint venture. In 2025, sales volume increased by 24% compared to 2024. The company registered its own QazaqGaz Onimderi trademark. Franchise agreements have been signed for the construction of five new CNG filling stations in 2026. A positive state expert review has been obtained for the construction of an LNG plant in Rudny with a production capacity of 50,000 tonnes per year.

Road construction works
Maintenance of the roadside service road along the Beineu–Bozoi–Shymkent main gas pipeline (667.6 km), as well as construction of well pads and access roads for drilling rigs at the Amangeldy field (8 wells). The total value of completed works in 2025 amounted to KZT 943 million (profit – KZT 195 million).
Property leasing and management
Provision of leasing services and management of the Bolashak Business Center. In 2025, a total of 10,110 tenant requests were processed. Lighting systems were upgraded, the building façade was renovated, and the water supply system was modernized.
