The Compliance Officer, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption” and the Regulations on the Activities of the Compliance Officer of QazaqGaz Onimderi LLP, operates independently and is organizationally subordinate and functionally accountable to the Supervisory Board of QazaqGaz Onimderi LLP.

The primary objective of the Compliance Officer is to ensure that QazaqGaz Onimderi LLP and its employees comply with the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as to monitor the implementation of anti-corruption measures.

The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with the fundamental principles of anti-corruption, identifying, assessing, and reassessing corruption risks, and effectively implementing the anti-corruption system in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Combating Corruption.”

Citizens, business partners, and employees of QazaqGaz Onimderi LLP who identify or encounter corruption offenses or situations involving signs of corruption are encouraged to report such incidents to the Compliance Officer.
