Mukhamedzhanov Aidyn Yergaziyevich

Professional Experience:
Has extensive professional experience in the banking, manufacturing, oil and gas, and railway sectors, as well as in management holding companies, where he held senior executive positions.
Throughout his career, he has provided legal support for major investment projects and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) involving institutional and foreign investors, and has represented companies’ interests at the international level.
Prior to his current appointment, he worked at Samruk-Kazyna JSC and the Fund’s portfolio companies. He also served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Investment Development Fund.
He has substantial expertise in corporate governance, investment project support, legal risk management, and providing legal support for the operations of major national companies.
