The Aktobe Production Branch of QazaqGaz Onimderi organized a series of career guidance meetings for graduating students.

The Director of the Aktobe Production Branch, T.M. Zhusupov, met with the students and delivered a lecture titled “Prospects for the Development of the Gas Industry and Career Opportunities for Young Professionals at QazaqGaz.” During the session, participants learned about the company’s development strategy, key production processes, and the competencies required of today’s specialists.

For students pursuing technical disciplines, the Branch’s Chief Engineer, O.I. Beksultanov, delivered a lecture on “Modern Technologies and Engineering Solutions in the Gas Industry: The Role of Engineers in Production.” The presentation covered the practical responsibilities of engineering personnel and the key stages of modernizing production facilities.

In addition, the Branch’s Lead Engineer for Occupational Health, Industrial Safety, and Environmental Protection, G.I. Urunbasarov, gave a lecture titled “Safety Culture in Production: The Importance of Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Fire Safety, and Environmental Protection.” He emphasized the significance of the HSE profession, highlighted the importance of fostering a strong safety culture, and demonstrated practical examples of safe working practices. The event concluded with an interactive workshop on production risk assessment, allowing students to apply safety principles in practice.
