QazaqGaz Onimderi is conducting a training program aimed at strengthening its occupational health and safety culture and enhancing production safety standards.

Today, the management of QazaqGaz Onimderi, together with employees of its subsidiary QazaqGaz Aimaq, is participating in a joint training seminar on the Behavior-Based Safety Audit (BBSA). The training is organized by the QazaqGaz Scientific and Technical Center (QazaqGaz STC).

During the morning session, participants attended theoretical lectures covering the objectives of the Behavior-Based Safety Audit, observation techniques, and effective feedback methods. The afternoon practical session focuses on conducting safety dialogues in the workplace, documenting observations, and planning preventive actions.

This training represents an important step toward strengthening the company’s occupational health and safety culture and ensuring that all QazaqGaz subsidiaries operate in accordance with unified HSE standards and requirements.
