QazaqGaz Onimderi LLP announces a competition for the lease of premises with a total area of 388.0 sq. m, located at: Building 12, Alikhan Bokeikhan Street, Yesil District, Astana, Republic of Kazakhstan (1st floor), in accordance with the attached technical specification.
The rental rate is KZT 1,960.00 per sq. m per month, including VAT. The lease term is 365 calendar days.
Applications for participation in the competition will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on September 14, 2026, at the following address: Building 12, Alikhan Bokeikhan Street, Yesil District, Astana (8th floor).
To participate in the competition, a potential tenant must submit the following documents within the specified deadline:
- An application for participation in the competition (application form attached), indicating the proposed monthly rental rate per 1 (one) square metre, which must not be lower than the established minimum tariff rate (price). The application must be signed by the head of the organization and stamped (if applicable).
- The technical specification, signed by the head of the organization and stamped (if applicable).
The sealed envelope containing the competition application must be submitted in person by the potential tenant or by their authorized representative acting under a power of attorney, within the deadline and at the time and place specified in the competition documentation.
The competition documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope. The envelope must indicate the name, address, and contact details of the potential tenant.
